There are two ways to export event data in Stellar.

SIMPLE ATTENDEE CONTACT EXPORT
The first and simplest way is from the EVENT PAGE, select ATTENDEES from the left navigation tabs and then EXPORT CONTACTS as seen below.
This will then ask a few clarifying questions and download a CSV file having the following fields: Contact ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip, Country, Event Name, Registration Status and Recurring Payment.
CUSTOM SHEET EVENT EXPORT
The second way to export event data from Stellar is creating a custom sheet with the exact info you want from event registration information. Click this icon from the Event Profile Bar.
Next you can either choose a previously created sheet, or create a new one. Stellar will save all registration/event sheet templates here, so you can easily run the same sheet from various events.
To create a new Sheet, click Create A New Sheet. After naming your sheet, you will be taken to this page to create your new sheet. The fields for this sheet will be saved under this name and can be applied to any event for your organization hereafter.
After selecting the field, a blue box will appear with that field. Using your mouse, drag that blue box to the bar below.
Continue selecting fields in the same way as seen below.
When the sheet is finished, click at the very bottom to export to your data to CSV or XLSX.
