Any donation or fee which went through the gateway can be refunded from within Stellar. Clicking on any transaction within Stellar will open a Transaction Details Page. From there, scroll to the bottom to REFUND.
REFUNDING FROM CONTACTS PAGE
From the Contacts Page you can access transactions from the FINANCIALS tab. Select the Financials tab on the left side and then select the category for the transaction you with to refund.
REFUNDING FROM EVENTS PAGE
From the Event Page you can access fees paid on a registration by going to the Contact's Registration Details page.
REFUNDING FROM ORDERS
Orders can be accessed from the Orders Dashboard Module or the Event Registration Details page.

To refund from the Pool Report, simply select the transaction to pull up the Transaction Details page.
