There are three reporting sections within Stellar; My Reports, Company Reports & Standardized Reports. This article will focus on how to create reports within "My Reports".  


Reports under the "My Reports" section are specific to your Stellar Account at a SuperAdmin.  These reports are not able to be seen or shared by any other team members within Stellar. 


To Create a New Report, click on the blue "Create" button. From there, you will be asked to name your new report.


Once your new report name is saved, scroll to the bottom of the page to add/edit the reporting fields.


Under Contacts, you can filter based on Attributes, Dates, Participation, Transactions, Tags or Locations. 

Under Events, you can filter based on a date range. 

Under Transactions, you can filter based on transaction details or contacts within a certain distance. 

Under Registrations, you can filter based on Event Dates or Created Details.

Once you have all your selected fields, click on "Run This Report"


The visual will only show the first 100 lines.  To view more or sort/filter your data, export report to XLSX from the top or bottom of the report in Stellar.  To change the report fields, click Edit Report.
